Joseph A. Rogowski is a former pharmacist, missionary, and educator whose ministry and teaching have reached across four continents. With over three decades of global service, he has presented training seminars to international aid workers, universities, churches, bible schools, and grassroots leaders in the principles of community development, self-reliance, biblical worldview, and practical approaches to improving self-sufficiency for the marginalized and needy. His extensive experience from Asia to Africa, Australia to South America, and Mercy Ships to academic lectures, conveys devotion to equiping others for compassionate, sustainable, charitable outreach.

He continues this calling today through Arise Development Services, the nonprofit, small project consulting firm he and his wife Ursula direct from Richmond, Virginia, where they help local and various communities develop elevating solutions to poverty.
